What are ISO standards

The International Organization of Standardization (ISO) is a non-governmental, independent organization that establishes standards to ensure the efficiency, quality, and safety of services, systems, and products – in our case; our logistics services. Companies can be given ISO certifications on those standards that the company has fulfilled – for example; ISO 14001 & ISO 9001. The certificates serve as testaments that the company has implemented.
